Join your Cedars-Sinai colleagues and take on the most fun challenge out there!
FitClub at Cedars-Sinai will be hosting an 8-Week fitness challenge that will improve your strength, stamina, mobility and endurance.

At the end of the 8 week challenge, we will be taking part in a Tough Mudder race as a team to test all your new fitness capabilities!

Your 8 week program will include 5 days per week of fitness classes ON CAMPUS, we recommend trying to do 3-4 classes per week for optimal results. You can choose from Sculpt, Yoga and Bootcamp. Classes are open to any fitness level and we can scale all movements and workouts accordingly. Classes will be constantly varied, but will be programmed with the Tough Mudder race in mind!

The Tough Mudder race is optional, but it is a great chance to challenge yourself to something new and push yourself out of your comfort zone! It is appropriate for any fitness level and all obstacles during the race are optional.

There will be a choice between doing the 3 mile or 8 mile race. We will divide up into 4 groups – two on the 3 mile course and two on the 8 mile course – with one walking and one running team on each. Each group will have a FitClub coach to help you through! Class Location: Thalians Auditorium, on Campus at Cedars-Sinai
Price: $199 for 8 week program + discounted race entry fee ($49-$69 dependent upon sign up date)
