Complete the below circuit 40/20:
1. Push ups
2. Calf raises
3. Banded pull apart
4. Wall sit w/shoulders & elbows 90deg (focus on breathing)
5. Plank walk outs or shoulder taps

Buy out: 50x banded tricep extensions AND 50x banded rows

Tuesday 6th Aug

Complete the below circuit 30/30:
1. Side plank
2. Side pank
3. Full plank
4. REST

Complete the below for quality:
15x Elevated side lunge (use stage)
15x Bent over row
15x Curtsy lunge
15x Bicep curls

Complete the below circit 30/30:
1. Hollow hold
2. Heel taps
3. Superman
4. REST

Monday 5th August

Complete the below circuit 40/20
1. Single arm KB shoulder press (bell to ceiling)
2. Single arm KB shoulder press (other side)
3. Med ball abs (in and out / pass ball from feet to hands)
4. Russian twist (use KB or med ball)
5. Hip bridge w/shoulders on med ball
6. KB squats to med ball (no sitting, just tap and stand)

Buy out: Wall sit with med ball chop x 10 per side
