Tuesday 2 July
Complete the below 3 rounds for quality

20 x calf raises per side
20 x banded triceps per side
10 x sumo squat w/pulse
10 x DB pull over

Then complete the below circuit 40/20
1. Plank
2. Banded bicep curls
3. Single leg hip bridge
4. Single leg hip bridge

Monday 1 July
Complete the below circuit 40/20

1. 5 push ups into plank
2. KB Russian twists
3. KB single arm press (hold handle, bottom of bell to ceiling)
4. KB single arm press
5. Step up to single leg DL or balance reach (foot on stage, same side hand)
6. Step up to single leg DL or balance reach (other side)

Buy out: Wall sit w/wall angels when breathing (inhale up, exhale down)
