2. Knee push ups + 2 shoulder taps
3. Crab toe touches or alt v-ups or slow bicycle
4. Skull crusher
5. Wall sit march with slow breathing (7sec in / 7 sec out)

Complete the below rounds 30on/30on/30 rest (6min per station)

1. Upright row | Strict Press
2. Wall sit | Stiff leg deadlift
3. Banded pull apart | Bench press
4. Curtsy lunge | step ups

1. Med ball press ups (scale to knees)
2. Banded single leg kickback
3. Banded single leg kickback (other side)
4. Seated db close grip press
5. Sumo squat with med ball forward press

DB Single leg balance & chop other side
Plank shoulder taps
Plank toe taps
