Complete the below stations 30/30 – no rest except between stations

1. Arnold press | Hollow hold

2. Bench press w/legs in table top | Reverse crunch or leg raise

3. Overhead triceps | Reverse table top

1min wall sit straight into > 1min plank

4. Single leg dead lift | reverse lunge w/balance

5. Sumo squat pulse | Plank walk out

Buy out: Push up hold practice then 50 plank toe taps (on elbows)
