Bootcamp & Sculpt 14 May 2019


A. Every 4 Minutes for 5 Rounds:
20 DB Walking Lunges (Heavy)
10 Bent over row per side (use stage or box)
10 Push Ups w/band reach

B. EMOM x 8, Alternate Between:
– 45s Plank
– 20 Alternating V-Ups

C. Tunnel Ball (if we have time for a few games)


A. Spend 5-10mins finding the correct variation for you to complete 7-10push ups

B. 20min circuit 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
– Banded raises (front to side etc)
– Side to side lunges w/ weight
– Step up to balance (or plyo step ups if you want to try)
– Push ups
– Hollow hold (single leg variations ok)
