1. DB stiff leg deadlift right
2. DB still leg deadlift left
3. DB sumo squat w/pulse
4. DB hip thrust

TABATA : leg raises / DB crunches

Complete the below circuit 40 / 20 three times

1. Alt front raise
2. Upright row to flye
3. Plank shoulder taps
4. Strict press for as long as possible, then use legs for Push Press
