Sculpt WOD 12 March 2019 (DB)

Complete the below circuit four times 40 / 20:

1. Sumo goblet squat
2. Heavy DB step up (left)
3. Heavy DB step up (right)
4. 5x push ups + plank hold remaining time
5. Bench Press
6. Bicep curl to press

Buy out if we have time: 2min plank or as close to 2mins as you can get
