Strength Portion
12mins to complete 4 rounds of the below:

10-12x seated single arm DB press (go heavy, last 2 should be tough)
10-12x renegade rows (total, not per side)
10-12x DB hamstring curls
20x squats (with or without DB, fast pace)

Complete the below circuit 4 times 45/15

Side Plank (alt each round)
DB crunches
Frog pumps w/DB
