Sculpt WOD 12 Feb 2019 (BB)

Complete the below 15min EMOM (make sure you have 15sec rest / change over time)

1. 12-15 x split squats (use stage)
2. 12-15 x split squats (other leg)
3. 45 seconds side plank (alt each round)
4. Clean to press
5. Side to side lunge (work on mobility if needed)

THEN
3 rounds of
BB curl 21’s | 12 BB sit ups
(no rest one into the other)
