Sculpt WOD 22 Jan (KB)

Let’s get STRONG – 12mins to complete 3 rounds
1. 12 x KB deadlifts (2x KBs)
2. 12 x KB goblet squats (1x KB)
3. 5-10 push ups (scale according to ability)
4. 1min wall sit w/KB

Complete the below circuit 3 times through 40/20

1. Side plank / Side pank / Plank knee to elbow
2. Squats
3. Banded bicep curl to front raise / side raise
4. Tricep dips on stage
