3 rounds of – plank with feet on stage (if comfortable) 1min

Three rounds of
10x per side of seated or standing BB press
Rest 30sec before completing: 
10x each of press + front raise + upright row + behind the neck press + sit up

Three rounds of
10x per side of single leg step up
Rest 30sec before completing:
10x each of single leg DL + good morning + hang squat clean (or regular squat) + hip bridge

TABATA – alt v ups & skull crusher

Buy out if there’s time – 30 hang muscle clean and press
