W bicep curls | Banded pull apart
Upright row to fly | Sumo squat pulse
Step up w/2sec negative left | Step up w/2sec negative right
Side plank w/DB hold (alt each round) | Hollow hold w/ DB on feet
Bicycle crunch with clap | Hip bridge pulse
Wall sit w/ DB | Alternating lunges
