3 Rounds for quality in 40seconds:

1. DB bent over row to fly
2. Wall sit w/DB hold
3. Plank (side plank, side plank, elbow plank, foam roller)
4. Hip bridge complex
5. Bicep curl to shoulder press (palms up)

Tabata rounds
Bird Dog (alternating each round)
Hollow hold / superman
