DB Sculpt WOD (4 Sep 2018)

In 10mins complete as a circuit with a partner, THREE sets of the below:

DB bench press x 8-10
DB fly x 8-10
Good Quality Push Ups x5

Then, complete the below stations 45seconds ON 15seconds OFF:

Seated single arm db shoulder press (left)
Seated single arm db shoulder press (right)
Split squat (left)
Split squat (right)
Alternating bicep hammer curl
ABS – In n out abs, Leg raises, Crunches & plank knee to elbow
