  2. Barbell stiff leg DL (right leg in front first, left leg, both legs)
  3. BB 1/2 to full front squats
  4. BB glute bridge

Plank shoulder taps SLOW | Plank toe taps

Complete the below 40/20 circuit 3 times:

  1. Elbows in bench press to skull crushers
  2. Bicep curl to underhand front raise
  3. Bent over rear delt bb row
  4. Wide grip shoulder press

Complete the below TABATA

Wall sit | Standing KB teapot (alt side each round)
