1. DB row to deadlift
2. DB goblet squats
3. Curtsy lunges
4. Side to side sumo step with butt kick

Complete the below TABATA

Leg raise with hip raise @ top | side plank (alt each round)

Complete the below 40/20 circuit 3 times:

1.  DB curl to press
2.  Banded pull apart
3. Banded tricep
4.  Bench press to flye

Complete the below TABATA
Plank hand to toe taps (scale to bird dog) | Superman
