Sculpt WOD 01.25.18 (KB)

Complete three rounds of the below in 15mins:

15x banded straight arm pull down (to activate lats for dead lifts)
10x heavy KB stiff leg deadlifts
10x steps of KB farmers carry
10x push ups
1min wall sit

Then 4 rounds of the below 45 ON / 15 OFF

1. KB goblet squats w/ 1 pulse
2. Banded pull apart w/ 1 pulse
3. Plank knee to elbow
4. KB bench press with pull over (keep ribs down / tucked in)
