  1. W bicep curls | Banded pull apart
  2. Upright row to fly | Sumo squat pulse
  3.  Step up w/2sec negative left | Step up w/2sec negative right
  4. Side plank w/DB hold (alt each round) | Hollow hold w/ DB on feet
  5. Bicycle crunch with clap | Hip bridge pulse
  6. Wall sit w/ DB | Alternating lunges
