3 sets not for time:
10x single arm DB press
10x overhead triceps extension
10x dead bugs with DB pass

3 rounds 45 on / 15 off

1. 5x push ups into plank hold
2. Reverse lunge with kick back
3. Wall sit w/DB hold
4. Jane Fonda adducter move 10x then hold
5. As above but other side
