1. Reverse lunge with DB curl | Reverse lunge with front raise
2. Renegade row | Kneeling triceps extension
3. Push up plank to half hold | Dead bugs with DB pass
4. Weighted DB sit up | Scissor kicks or flutter kicks
5. Hip bridge w/band | Side leg raise

Finisher to repeat 3x
