3 rounds | 40 seconds work 20 seconds rest

  1. Weighted split squats (left)
  2. Weighted split squats (right)
  3. Tempo stiff legged DL
  4. Thrusters (slow and controlled)
  5. Squat thrusts (step down or elbow plank toe taps)
  6. Push up, plank jack, knee to elbow
  7. Weighted crunch (weight held overhead)
  8. Lying weighted pullover (legs raised)
  9. Scissor kicks to flutter kicks to leg raises (whatever you need to do, to keep legs up)
  10. Up dog into down dog (20sec each)
