Complete THREE rounds of the below circuit  |  40 seconds on 20 seconds off

  1.  DB tempo curls
  2. DB front squats
  3. DB alternating lunges
  4. DB L raises (one front, other side + swap)
  5. Hollow hold
  6. DB upright row
  7. DB tricep extension
  8. DB sprawl (scale to DB stiff leg DL if needed)
  9. Push ups
  10. Superman hold
