Complete the below circuit of 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off FOUR times:

  1.  Standing high knee march with DB to side raise
  2. Curtsey lunge > reverse lunge > squat
  3. Bicycle crunch with DB pass through legs
  4.  Seated shoulder opener (palms in then palms out)
  5. Hollow rock / dead bug tuck w/ DBs
  6. Seated triceps (palms in then palms out)

Then the buy out for this class is:

  1. 30 plank shoulder taps
  2. 30 Russian twists
  3. 30 plank knee to elbow
