Sculpt WOD 10.30.17

In TEN mins complete THREE rounds of the below:

1. 10x double KB deadlift
2. 10x KB step-ups with back leg lift (not alternating, KB in goblet position)
3. 10x banded hip bridge

Then complete the below TABATA rounds:

1. Standing KB upright row | Curtsey lunges
2. Wall sit | KB Single arm press (alt each round)
3. 2 push ups to plank hold | Side elbow plank w/ rotation
4. Crunches | Leg raises or hollow hold
5. KB front raise | KB waiters walk
