Sculpt WOD 10.26.17 (KB)

A:  12min Circuit – 45seconds of work 15second rest per min

  1.  Push ups
  2.  KB kneeling squats
  3.  KB bench press
  4.  Leg over KB crunches

B:  12min Circuit – 45 seconds of work 15second rest per min

  1.  Plank knee to elbow
  2.  Goblet Squats
  3.  Hollow hold to knee in tuck
  4.  Dips on floor (legs out straight, hips high)

C:  6min circuit – 30seconds on 30seconds off

  1.  Bird Dog
  2. Crunches with knees in table top
  3. Right plank / left plank
