Sculpt WOD 10.23.17

In TEN mins, complete the below circuit 3 times:

8-10x bent over KB row per arm
15-20x Banded Pull Apart / alt with upright banded row
BB sit ups

Then complete the below 20min circuit || 40 seconds of work each minute

KB single leg squats (pistol mod) onto chair (weak leg first)
KB single leg squats (pistol mod) onto chair (other side)
BB hang clean and press
KB stiff leg deadlift
Bicep curls with barbell (curl 21’s)

Ab Circuit (once through)

Rotating side plank left
Rotating side plank right
Bicycle Crunch
Hollow rock
