Sculpt WOD DB (10.12.17)

In TEN mins – complete THREE sets of the below exercises.  Use a heavy weight to challenge yourself today.

  1. 12x Bulgarian Split Squats per leg (use stage or chair)
  2. 12x step ups per leg (complete all reps on one leg before switching)
  3. 12x RDL per leg

Then, shake it off and complete the below 20min EMOM.

  1. 10x Standing single arm strict press per side (start with your weaker side)
  2. 10x Plank jack knee to elbow
  3. Lying tricep skull crushers 8x hammer grip THEN switch 8x palms up
  4. 2x push ups and left plank hold THEN 2x push ups into right plank hold
  5. Lying bicep curl 8x hammer grip THEN switch to 8x palms up
