Sculpt WOD 10.5.17

In TEN mins complete three sets of the below exercise:

  1.  8x faster tempo push ups (choose a mod to keep best form)
  2. 12x Bench press (choose a medium weight, slower tempo)
  3. 12x Lat pull over (same tempo as bench press)

Then complete the below 45seconds on / 15 seconds off FOUR times:

  1. Upright DB row
  2. Sumo squat w/ 1 pulse
  3. Seated DB strict press
  4. Hip bridge w/knee to chest
  5. Scissor kick / flutter kick / bicycle crunch / Russian twist
