Sculpt WOD KB 9.14.17

In TEN minutes complete THREE of the below exercises:

  1. 12x KB DL (use 2x Heavy KB)
  2. KB farmer carry
  3. 12x hip raise with KB
  4. 45 second wall sit

The complete the below 30 second rounds FOUR times:

  1. Monster walk forward / backwards
  2. Monster walk left / right
  3. Squats with band
  4. REST
  5. Crunches
  6. Windshield wipers
  7. Plank Bird Dog / scale to knees
  8. REST

Buy out for today is to complete 60 walking lunges with a partner (both complete 60 lunges, partner is there for moral support).  Enjoy!
