In TEN mins complete THREE sets of the below exercises.  Rest as needed:

  1. 8-12x Single Arm Bent Over KB Row (heavy)
  2. 6-10x GOOD QUALITY push ups (challenge yourself)
  3. 12 x Barbell Sit Ups

Then, complete the below 1min stations FOUR times:

  1. Single Arm Seated Press (choose weaker arm first)
  2. Single Leg Hip Bridge hold & knee tuck
  3. Side Plank
  4. Donkey Kick
  5. REST

Buy out for today is to complete 20-30 weighted sit ups OR Russian twists with a partner.
