In TEN minutes, complete THREE sets of the below exercises:

  1. 12x Step ups (with or without DB)
  2. 10x tricep dips
  3. 10x DB shoulder press

Then, complete the below TABATA stations:

  1. Reverse lunge to high knee (alternating sides per round) / banded pull apart
  2. Single DB 1/2 front raise to full front raise / straight punches
  3. Sumo squat pulse / banded bicep curls
  4. Plank shoulder taps / superman
  5. Bicycle crunches / skull crusher
