Sculpt WOD (DB) 8.22.17

In 10mins complete as a circuit with a partner, THREE sets of the below:

  1.  DB bench press x 8-10
  2. DB fly x 8-10
  3. Good Quality Push Ups x5

Then, complete the below stations 45seconds ON 15seconds OFF:

  1. Seated single arm db shoulder press (left)
  2. Seated single arm db shoulder press (right)
  3. Split squat (left)
  4. Split squat (right)
  5. Alternating bicep hammer curl
  6. ABS – In n out abs, Leg raises, Crunches & plank knee to elbow
