Complete as a circuit with a partner THREE sets of:

  1.  KB upright row x 8-10
  2.  KB sumo squat x 8-10
  3.  KB stiff leg deadlift x 8-10

Then, complete the below TABATA stations – 1min rest between:

  1. DB side raise & Plank in/out
  2. Bicep curl to press & banded pull apart
  3. Donkey kick & fire hydrant
  4. Hip bridge & Leg raise
