Equipment needed: Heavy-ish DB, Foam Roller & resistance band

3 rounds of the below stations || 45 seconds ON 15 seconds OFF

  1. 3 count sumo squat pulse (DB)
  2. Overhead tricep extension (DB)
  3. 3 count alternating split squat pulse (DB)
  4. Lying lat pull over (DB)
  5. Plank on foam roller (advanced)
  6. Hollow hold w/ roller overhead

THEN

2 rounds of:
Wall sit with 20x banded pull apart
Plank with 20x shoulder taps
20x Alternating leg raises with DB hold
