Equipment Needed:  Moderate-Heavy DB’s

5m Each Station, Alternate Between Movements Every 30s, 1m Rest Between Stations:

1) DB Bench Press/Flutter Kicks
2) Hip Bridges on Med Ball/Side Plank
3) DB Bent Over Row/Sumo Squat Hold (Adv: w/DBs)
4) Crab Toe Touches/Med Ball or DB Russian Twist
5) Fire Hydrants/Plank Up Downs
