Equipment Needed: Kettlebell

5 Stations  ||  50sec work 10 sec rest per station  ||  No other rest

  1. Sumo squat + front raise
  2. 3 direction lunge (alt sides 1 & 1 etc)
  3. Weighted crunch
  4. Dips on mat (hold KB in lap, hips raised)
  5. Ab tuck in / Windshield wiper

Buy Out ||  Tabata small arm circles & forward push with KB
