5m at Each Station || Switch Between Movements Every 30s

  1. DB Front & Side Raise / DB Reverse Lunge w/ pulse
  2. L-sit strict press / Tuck crunch
  3. Tricep kickback / Crab Toe Touches
  4. DB Stiff Leg DL / Sumo Squat w/ pulse
  • 1min rest between rounds

6min Tabata Ab buy out ||  Plank w/ DB side twist / Leg raises
