KB & DB WOD (Sculpt)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  KB and DBs

40seconds on  ||  20seconds rest  ||  5 Rounds

  1.   Front raise & side raise
  2.   KB clean
  3.   Weighted toe touches (lay on back, straight legs, feet in air)
  4.   Hip bridge
  5.   Plank shoulder taps or T plank (choose the difficult option)
  6. REST
