Tabata 20seconds ON  ||  10seconds REST  ||  Alternate between the 2x movements per station

  1.  Mountain climbers & push ups
  2. V-ups & bicycle crunches
  3. Air squats & jumping lunges
  4. Burpees & jumping jacks
  5. Plank shoulder taps & tricep dips
