KB & Resistance Band WOD (Sculpt)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Resistance Band & KB

1min per round  ||  5 Rounds

  1.  Single leg KB deadlift (use resistance band just above knees)
  2. Glute / hip bridge (keep resistance band on, use KB for added weight if wanted)
  3. Leg raises with KB hold
  4. Diamond (tricep) push ups
  5. KB across body movement
  6. 6.  Rest
