Resistance Band WOD (Cardio Sculpt)

Equipment needed:  Resistance band

45seconds ON  ||  15seconds REST  ||  5 Rounds

  1.  Plank lateral walk 2 steps to the side + push up (then repeat the opposite direction)
  2. Banded monster walk forwards / backwards / left / right
  3. 3 Jumping jacks + 1 burpee
  4. Banded hip bridge
  5. Banded bicep curl (tuck band under feet while standing)

BUY OUT

  1. 20 seconds flutter kicks
  2. 20 seconds small arm circles

Repeat each movement 8 times.  Enjoy!
